Under the Direction of the AVP Enterprise Decision Support, the primary function of this position is to support the development and maintenance of the various modules within the Axiom Decision Support software suite. Additionally, this position will be responsible for day-to-day management of the capital allocation modules, productivity, and related processes.

• Support the AVP Enterprise Decision Support in the development and maintenance of the Axiom Decision Support System
• Manage the Capital Planning and Tracking System modules within Axiom to ensure efficient processes
• Collaborate with EVP Finance, AVP of Decision Support, operations, accounting, and the Capital Assessment Team to efficiently communicate and improve the capital allocation process
• Work with Finance, Purchasing, IT, Clinical Engineering, and Facilities to ensure timely review of submitted projects
• Advises EVP Finance and other leaders on capital project status, process timeline and scheduling
• Provides benchmarks and reports specific to the Capital Process to Capital Assessment Team and leadership
• Work with Regional Finance Directors to ensure capital projects have been reviewed for financial viability
• Develop and maintain the productivity benchmarking module and related reporting
• Work with the Regional Business Directors to disseminate daily, bi-weekly and monthly productivity reports
• Analyze departmental productivity reporting to identify opportunities for improvement, realignment of benchmarks, charge capture and employee clocking opportunities  

Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, related business or health care field required. Related Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.

The person in this role must demonstrate the following skills: Strong data analytics, interpersonal communication, collaborative, problem solving, presentation, highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Experience with common analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau required; experience with the Axiom Enterprise Decision Support Suite is desirable.
