This position is responsible for answering calls made into the referral call center for the ARH physicians located in Hazard, KY. Information will be obtained from the referring offices and used to schedule patients in a quick and efficient manner. Other duties that may be assigned include but not limited to: Medicare wellness follow-up calls, scanning of documents into the EMR, reminder phone calls for appointments, etc.

Operate computer quickly and efficiently
Navigate scheduling software (Practice Plus) quickly and efficiently
Follow directions/instructions of the Referral Call center manager
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Associate’s Degree in Marketing or Healthcare Related Field
5 years in Healthcare Scheduling
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Practice Plus), Great Communication Skills, Positive Attitude, Self-Motivated, Organizational skills, Medical terminology, Problem solving, Patient Advocate, Capable of multi-tasking.
