The House Nurse Coordinator is accountable for the management of nursing services on a given shift under the guidance of the Director of Nursing Services in order to provide safe, effective and efficient nursing care.
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing required.
• Current non-limited nursing license in the state required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience required.
• Demonstrated management experience required.
• Demonstrated clinical skills required.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Demonstrated clinical competence and nursing expertise.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and healthcare best practices.
