The Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for Appalachian Regional Healthcare including those established by the Nurse Practice Act. The Administrative Fellow will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of operational and strategic projects across the ARH system. This fellowship provides a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in healthcare management while working alongside executive leaders. The fellow will be tasked with identifying areas for improvement, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of system-wide initiatives.
