Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contract building, report writing, database management, decision support analytics, and import operations. This role demands a combination of analytical skills, proficiency in data handling, strong written communication capabilities, and a keen understanding of contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Review, build, and model contracts in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Ensure all contracts are maintained based on contractual agreements and public regulations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all contractual agreements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management systems to promote transparency into payor practices.
  • Maintain and update database systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct regular data audits and clean-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve database functionality and security.
  • Develop and implement data management protocols and best practices.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain decision support systems and models.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Oversee import operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, report writing, data analytics, and imports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
