Education
Associate Degree in business administration or other related discipline preferred with two years’ experience in office management, preferably in a clinic/hospital/medical spa setting; or High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two years’ experience in office management, preferably in a clinic/hospital/medical spa setting.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Customer Service experience, preferably in a spa environment.
Excellent communication, customer service skills and work ethic.
Proficient in appropriate computer skills and office equipment.
Previous cash handling experience.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to explain services and products to clients.
Retail Sales experience and skills preferred.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Knowledge of the type of treatments and products available and ability to explain their benefits to clients.
