Provides support for administration and operations of all benefit functions and employee inquiries relative to
various benefit questions. Participates in procedures and systems for the benefits area. Prepares various
communication materials. Assists the company's benefits efforts, including day-to-day operations, planning and
research. Keeps current on various regulatory issues relating to the benefits area.
Processing enrollments quickly and accurately
Reviewing monthly payroll deductions
Resolving employee issues with benefits administrators and insurance providers
Assisting the employees in enrolling in insurance plans
Providing new hires with explanations of benefits and instructing them on enrollment and fulfillment procedures
Providing ongoing support for the HR and benefits teams
Consulting with employees about eligibility and other pertinent issues
Ensuring that ARH's benefits policy is compliant with the set laws and regulations
Education
High School Diploma Required
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or related fields Preferred
Experience
1-3 years in human resources, business or related fields Preferred
