Responsible for the development and execution of architectures, policies, practices and procedures in order to
manage the information lifecycle needs of the organization in an effective manner and examining the
organization's data with the purpose of drawing conclusions about that information.
Helps establish and implement cost effective, results based, and professionally managed programs and
innovative initiatives for the data management area, under direct supervision.
Contributes to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for the data management area.
Does simple trend analysis to support continuous improvement efforts for the organization's data management
strategy.
Coordinates data acquisition, storage, processing, administration, and maintenance in order to link systems to
business processes and requirements.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Understands and applies the organization's mission, vision, and core values of improving health and promoting
well-being in day-to-day interactions with team.
