The Human Resources Specialist will support the HR department by performing various administrative and professional tasks related to human resources functions. Education
• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
• 2+ years in HR, with experience in recruitment, compensation, and/or employee onboarding preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
• Knowledge of HR best practices and familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS software (Lawson, API and iCIMS preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
