To perform all aspects of payroll bi-weekly.
• Process payroll, including calculating wages, overtime, and holiday pay for all employees.
• Manage and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
• Prepare and distribute paychecks or establish direct deposit payments for employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee hours, wages, and payroll history.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Respond to employee questions and resolve discrepancies or issues related to payroll and compensation.
• Assist with payroll-related reporting, audits, and tax filings, including W-2s and 1099s.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
