The Director of Process and Performance provides a planned, systematic, organization-wide approach to designing, measuring, assessing and improving its performance. Coordinates with hospital administration, department directors, and managers to assure compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Four (4) to six (6) years of experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a managerial position in a clinical setting required.
• Adept at execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting initiatives.
• Adept at business intelligence.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Adept at digital literacy skills.
• Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills.
• Mastery of growth mindset skills, including agility and developing yourself and others.
• Knowledge of Performance Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
• Ability to lead teams and drive performance outcomes in a clinical environment.
