The Social Worker is accountable for providing assistance to patients and their families with personal and environmental problems in order to maintain maximum benefits from medical and welfare services.

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned.  Responsible for properly assessing patients’ pharmaceutical needs and providing pharmaceutical care.  Responsible for the accurate and proper compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications and solutions.  Responsible for the proper inventory and record keeping of medications.  Responsible for properly counseling patients/patients’ families, and appropriate health care professionals regarding drug therapy.

Under the guidance of the director of radiology, performs full range of nuclear scans. Directs and supervises those assigned to assist in this process.

- Performs basic assigned laboratory tasks. - Obtains specimens from the patient/donor to perform the testing required by the physician/client. - Prepares the samples for testing/transport, test samples, and reports results/dispatch to the designated personnel/client. - Maintains all certifications required by the laboratory and performs all duties while maintaining the Standards of the Laboratory, Corporation, Regulatory and Accrediting Agencies. - Proves competent in the laboratory by passing all competency examinations required by the laboratory. - Phlebotomist reports to the Laboratory Administrative Director or designee and does not supervise anyone. - This position has direct contact with patients and other hospital personnel.

- ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:               The Staff Nurse is accountable for interpreting the plan of Medical care, assessment of patients clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.   - REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:               The Staff Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor and provides clinical supervision to LPNs, Nursing Aides, ORT's, and Nursing Service Clerks where applicable.

The Pharmacy Analyst is responsible for assisting the System Director of Pharmacy Informatics, any pharmacy project managers and Information Systems staff and management in the design and implementation of corporate-wide and local systems.

The Clinical Pharmacy Informaticist is a clinical and systems management position that will assist in the development of corporate clinical guidelines, pathways, protocols and templates for the deployment of clinical pharmacy services throughout the organization through information systems at the local hospital level and corporate level.  This position will develop the clinical training and manage the preparation of the local Pharmacists, Physicians, Nurses and their staffs for clinical interface with information systems.  The position will complete assessments of clinical practices, identify gaps and develop plans for effective utilization of clinical guidelines, pathways, protocols and templates.  Assist the hospital, IS, and corporate team in the successful deployment of Clinical Documentation, CPOE, and other aspects of the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

To perform evaluation, diagnostic care, treatment planning and therapy services to acutely ill adults presenting with mental illness, substance abuse, and/or developmental disabilities. 

The Nurse Aide is responsible for performing basic nursing procedures in assisting in the care of patients.

The Manager, Quality Assurance/Utilization Review is accountable for managing the Quality Assurance and Utilization Review functions of the hospital in accordance with legislative and accrediting agencies guidelines.

The Director of Process and Performance provides a planned, systematic, organization-wide approach to designing, measuring, assessing and improving its performance.

  To perform cardiac echocardiography procedures of a professional level on all patient population serviced by the hospital. 

The Head Nurse Manager is accountable for the supervision of nursing services within an assigned unit in order to provide safe, effective and efficient nursing care.

The Staff Dietitian is accountable for the scientific planning and preparing of diets, performance of educational training and nutritional consultation with patients, hospital staff and outside agencies as well as assigned management duties.
