The Director of Inpatient Behavioral Health Services is responsible for directing the various components of the hospital’s Inpatient Behavioral Health services in an efficient manner which will meet the ARH goals and in accordance with corporate guidelines.
The Material Control Coordinator is accountable for consulting with and assisting ARH facilities and
Clients with inventory control procedures to maintain proper inventory levels and promote better
usage of materials.
The Business Manager – OR provides administrative/clerical support and coordination of the OR Department. This position requires working closely with all staff including physicians. The Director, Pharmacy Business Support serves as the primary finance point of contact for pharmacy operations, providing direct and proactive support with budget development, operational performance analyses, strategic financial analyses and business case/capital proforma development. This position reports to ARH Finance leadership but has accountabilities to the operations leaders within Pharmacy and/or other assigned entities (inclusive of, but not limited to regional CMO’s, CEO’s and other operations leadership as well as the ARH executive team). It is general practice that the Regional Finance Director has assignments that are more complex and/or higher volume, serving complex markets, facilities and departments while being a liaison to other finance related subject matter experts (accounting, payor contracting, supply chain, etc.). The Director, Pharmacy Business Support serves as finance leader, consultant, educator, liaison and represents finance at meetings or on teams and multi-disciplinary committees. Individuals in this role must be able to effectively analyze, prioritize and communicate while providing guidance and education to other staff members regarding complex financial matters.
The AVP Value Based Care will serve as the executive leader of ARH’s ACO and CMS’ Medicare Shared Savings Program. The Director is accountable for the effective direction and management of ARH’s Accountable Care Organization, ARH CMS Bundled Payment Initiatives, Future Provider Medicare Advantage Plans, and Medicaid Reimbursement Programs.
The AVP Strategy Development and System Integration facilitates the annual strategic planning and integration process by ensuring organizational alignment with the strategic plan through the establishment and management of the ARH management system. The position is responsible for using the management system to help drive expected performance and improvement around the triple aim principal of financial, quality/safety and patient engagement outcomes.
The Staff Accountant is accountable for the timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of the financial statements. This responsibility encompasses all accounts on the organization’s Balance Sheets and Income Statements.
