The Clinic Manager is accountable for the supervision and implementation of methods and procedures involved in operating a doctor's office or group of doctors' offices.

The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the Clinical and Administrative direction of the pharmacy department, assuring the delivery of the highest possible level of pharmaceutical care and information to patients and related healthcare professionals.

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned.  Responsible for properly assessing patients’ pharmaceutical needs and providing pharmaceutical care.  Responsible for the accurate and proper compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications and solutions.  Responsible for the proper inventory and record keeping of medications.  Responsible for properly counseling patients/patients’ families, and appropriate health care professionals regarding drug therapy.

The Clinic Head Nurse is accountable for the effective supervision and clinical leadership of a nursing unit in accordance with the Clinic philosophy, policies, procedures, plans and organization.

To perform all aspects of payroll bi-weekly.

The Plant Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for installation, inspection, repairs, and maintains machinery and assures electrical and mechanical equipment are in proper working order.

Performs Echo imaging studies in accordance with physician orders and departmental guidelines. Prepares and transports patients as necessary. Prepares imaging equipment, room, and images, as need for interpretation. Verifies and completes studies in RIS and PACS. Maintains Quality Control on Equipment as Instructed.

The Clerk Typist performs various typing and clerical tasks, files records and reports, and performs general office work.

The position requires a thorough understanding of office-management software and a good working knowledge of medical/surgical clinical procedures, claims procedures and insurance company regulations. Requires accuracy, attention to detail and ability to communicate well with physicians, staff, patients and provider representatives of insurance companies.
