Management and supervision duties will be 20% with 80% provision of services to clients/patients. The Receptionist/Office Telephone Support Clerk is responsible for answering and placing calls and greeting and announcing visitors and performing general clerical duties in an accurate and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Promptly answers and screens incoming calls.
Maintains directory of names and numbers frequently called by Office Staff and a list of facility staff and their extension numbers.
Answers specified routine inquiries or refers inquiry to appropriate person.
Traces source of unknown calls for reconciliation with monthly telephone bill and notifies appropriate personnel for payment on personal calls.
Assists visitors and patients in locating services.
Types letters, memos, and other materials as requested.
Maintains conference room schedule.
Performs other related assigned duties
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent with two years experience in a similar activity.
Must convey a congenial personality and possess a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
Must type 45 words per minute.

Under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, performs a variety of cleaning duties for the hospital, clinic, and/or office, including walls, floors, equipment, bath areas, furniture, ceilings, elevators, staircases, windows and blinds, restrooms, vents, light fixtures using universal precautions and appropriate equipment. Responsible to maintain confidential patient information.
