This position is responsible for answering calls made into the referral call center for the ARH physicians located in Hazard, KY. Information will be obtained from the referring offices and used to schedule patients in a quick and efficient manner. Other duties that may be assigned include but not limited to: Medicare wellness follow-up calls, scanning of documents into the EMR, reminder phone calls for appointments, etc.

The Respiratory Therapy Technician performs procedures and operates various equipment to provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care to patients.

Under the supervision of the Director of Facility Services, has primary responsibility for accomplishing minor corrective maintenance.  Has primary responsibility for accomplishing and recording minor physical and mechanical plant work order requests as assigned by the Director of Facility Services. 

Cleans walls, lights, fixtures, and furniture in all assigned areas of the hospital to maintain an aseptic environment and prevent healthcare-associated infection using standard cleaning procedures and chemicals. Cleans, waxes, extracts, and maintains floors, carpeting, and stairwells and assists with heavy cleaning throughout the hospital.

The LPN is responsible for performing a wide variety of nursing care, patient activities, and accommodative services for the comfort and well-being of patients in accordance with physicians' orders and under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse.
