The Office Assistant is accountable for performing secretarial support by typing, filing, maintaining file systems, assisting with all office procedures, and anticipating the needs of the various departments as assigned to maintain department activities.

The Nursing Assistant assists in patient care throughout nursing areas, and is responsible for the safe transport of patients via wheelchair or stretcher, dispatch services and appropriate documentation of services. The Medication Repackaging Coordinator (MRC) is responsible for managing the Central Pharmacy Repackaging Service. The MRC works directly with Directors of Pharmacy, pharmacy buyers, and Central Pharmacy Services to manage and coordinate the medication repackaging products, information systems, and supply chain management across ARH.

The Medical Assistant is responsible for efficient and courteous registration, transfer and discharge of patients within established policies and procedures; thoroughly compiles and types medical information for patients' records and statistical reports and maintains current and accurate patient account receivables.   The Medical Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services for the comfort and well-being of patients in accordance with physicians' orders.

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned.  Responsible for properly assessing patients’ pharmaceutical needs and providing pharmaceutical care.  Responsible for the accurate and proper compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications and solutions.  Responsible for the proper inventory and record keeping of medications.  Responsible for properly counseling patients/patients’ families, and appropriate health care professionals regarding drug therapy.
