The Senior Medical Technologist is responsible for supervision and performance in an area of specialization in the laboratory; i.e., Hematology, Microbiology, Chemistry, and Blood Bank.
The Clinical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing various routine laboratory tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease while maintaining all of the Standards of the Laboratory and the Corporation, as well as regulatory agencies.
The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned. Responsible for properly assessing patients’ pharmaceutical needs and providing pharmaceutical care. Responsible for the accurate and proper compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications and solutions. Responsible for the proper inventory and record keeping of medications. Responsible for properly counseling patients/patients’ families, and appropriate health care professionals regarding drug therapy.
The Radiologic Technologist performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishments of their imaging needs by obtaining visual information for use in interpretation and diagnosis by physicians.
The Director of Emergency Nursing Services is accountable for the overall administration of the department in order to meet the objectives of the hospital and ARH System through planning, organizing, executing and evaluating the nursing care provided for patients in the department.
The Nursing Assistant assists in patient care throughout nursing areas, and is responsible for the safe transport of patients via wheelchair or stretcher, dispatch services and appropriate documentation of services. Provides the services of an Observer for any patient on a patient care unit who has been assessed to require constant observation in order to maximize his/her safety. Performs general receptionist and clerical duties in order to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit.
