The Radiologic Technologist II is responsible for operating equipment to obtain visual information for use in interpretation and diagnosis by physicians.
To guide patient’s with a Post-Acute Home Care needs through the referral process.
The COO, in dyad partnership with the hospital’s CNO, is responsible and accountable for the safe and effective day-to-day operation of the appointed hospital. The COO will have direct responsibility for directing many of the hospital’s individual departments and functions. The COO is responsible and accountable for directing all appointed responsibilities along each domain of the “Triple Aim” (patient safety and quality, service, and financial performance):
• Developing, nurturing and improving a safe and cost-effective clinical culture that produce predictable patient outcomes;
• Developing, nurturing and improving a service culture that supports and engages employees, medical staff, patients and the community; and
• Developing, nurturing and improving a cost-effective operating culture that achieves established objectives.
At all times, the COO will conduct her/himself in accordance with ARH’s behavioral standards and will execute her/his duties in accordance with established laws, rules, regulations and standards of all applicable governmental, regulatory and accrediting bodies, and with the policies and procedures of the appointed hospital, region, and system.
To perform the process of provider and group enrollment for the ARH system to include but not be limited to
individual providers, clinics and hospitals.
The Senior Medical Technologist is responsible for supervision and performance in an area of specialization in the laboratory; i.e., Hematology, Microbiology, Chemistry, and Blood Bank.
- ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
The Staff Nurse is accountable for interpreting the plan of Medical care, assessment of patients clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
- REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
The Staff Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor and provides clinical supervision to LPNs, Nursing Aides, ORT's, and Nursing Service Clerks where applicable.

The Financial Counselor is responsible to provide financial assistance to patients with an inability to pay for services rendered. The incumbent is also, responsible to complete payment arrangements for unpaid balances not covered at discharge.
The Senior Medical Technologist is responsible for supervision and performance in an area of specialization in the laboratory; i.e., Hematology, Microbiology, Chemistry, and Blood Bank.
The Student Employee under the KTECH program will work closely with healthcare professionals from a variety of departments in order to properly train and prepare them for the workforce upon graduation of high school. The role of the KTECH Student Employee includes but is not limited to; changing unoccupied bed linens, assist with obtaining and recording patient information, assist with the processing of specimens for testing, using first aid and safety measures, cleaning and restocking after patient procedures, assist with patient care and oversite of patient safety.
The Student Employee under the KTECH program will work closely with healthcare professionals from a variety of departments in order to properly train and prepare them for the workforce upon graduation of high school. The Rotating Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned.
The Nursing Service Clerk is responsible for performing general clerical duties by preparing, compiling, and maintaining records.
The Staff Medical Technologist performs clinical tests in one or more areas of specialization depending on the size and scope of laboratory activity.

The Nurse Extern is accountable for providing nursing assistance and performing basic nursing procedures to groups of patients within an assigned nursing department, under the supervision, guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse. In addition, the Nurse Extern can gain additional clinical practice to enhance their preparation as future licensed nurses.
