The Central Sterile Supply Supervisor will be responsible for directing the Hospital’s Central Sterile Supply day to day operations. Including the direct oversight of employees, evaluating current processes, and implementing process-improving initiatives. Maintain current supply inventory and overnight of all new items including setting pars. Work with Business Manager on charges and reconciliation for Operating Room Department.
The Clinical Nurse Manager, working with Nurse Managers, is accountable for the supervision of nursing services for certain assigned nursing units to provide safe, effective and efficient nursing care. - ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:

- REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
The Staff Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager or Nurse Supervisor and provides clinical supervision to LPNs, Nursing Aides, ORT's, and Nursing Service Clerks where applicable.
The Student Employee under the KTECH program will work closely with healthcare professionals from a variety of departments in order to properly train and prepare them for the workforce upon graduation of high school. The role of the KTECH Student Employee includes but is not limited to; changing unoccupied bed linens, assist with obtaining and recording patient information, assist with the processing of specimens for testing, using first aid and safety measures, cleaning and restocking after patient procedures, assist with patient care and oversite of patient safety.

- ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
The Documentation Specialist evaluates the medical records to ascertain the degree of documentation compliance with State and Federal regulations; and provides consultative services to the medical records staff, physicians, and other pertinent staff.
- REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
The Documentation Specialist reports to the System Director, MPAS, Community CEO’s or MPAS designee and does not supervise anyone. This position has frequent contact with the System Compliance Department, Administrators, physicians, medical records, State and Federal agencies, various Department Heads, and nursing staff.
