The Clinic Head Nurse is accountable for the effective supervision and clinical leadership of a nursing unit in accordance with the Clinic philosophy, policies, procedures, plans and organization.

The Inventory Cost Clerk is responsible for performing duties related to maintaining an accurate and up-to-date perpetual inventory.

The Nurse Aide is responsible for performing basic nursing procedures in assisting in the care of patients.

The Nursing Assistant assists in patient care throughout nursing areas, and is responsible for the safe transport of patients via wheelchair or stretcher, dispatch services and appropriate documentation of services. Provides the services of an Observer for any patient on a patient care unit who has been assessed to require constant observation in order to maximize his/her safety. The Clinical Nurse Manager is accountable for the supervision of nursing services to provide safe, effective and efficient nursing care.  This position is an important part of the Management Team and the responsibilities for the position include:  assigning, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for the nursing unit(s).  This position is evaluated on the basis of objective measurable criteria, including maximizing the personal abilities and competence of staff nurses, licensed practical nurses and other personnel assigned to the unit(s) for which the Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible.
