The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned. Responsible for properly assessing patients’ pharmaceutical needs and providing pharmaceutical care. Responsible for the accurate and proper compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications and solutions. Responsible for the proper inventory and record keeping of medications. Responsible for properly counseling patients/patients’ families, and appropriate health care professionals regarding drug therapy.

The Crisis Response Coordinator role is a temporary SAMHSA Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program (CCP) grant funded position in response to the flooding in Eastern Kentucky that occurred in July 2022. It is essential that this role perform with the highest level of professionalism. Provides leadership for the System Director of Revenue Cycle and other key members of the revenue cycle leadership team to assure key metrics and objectives are met. Oversight and direction of the corporate revenue cycle including patient access, third party payer relations, rate setting, revenue integrity, coding, clinical documentation HIM, Utilization Review and corporate net revenue projections
