The Clinical Nurse Manager is accountable for the supervision of nursing services to provide safe, effective and efficient nursing care.  This position is an important part of the Management Team and the responsibilities for the position include:  assigning, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for the nursing unit(s).  This position is evaluated on the basis of objective measurable criteria, including maximizing the personal abilities and competence of staff nurses, licensed practical nurses and other personnel assigned to the unit(s) for which the Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible.

Under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, performs a variety of cleaning duties for the hospital, clinic, and/or office, including walls, floors, equipment, bath areas, furniture, ceilings, elevators, staircases, windows and blinds, restrooms, vents, light fixtures using universal precautions and appropriate equipment. The Peer Recovery Coach provides non-clinical services intended to aid patients in establishing recovery from high risk of dependent alcohol and drug use problems.  The Peer Recovery Coach will work as part of the Emergency Department team/or designated area to provide peer support and motivation to encourage patients who are seeking treatment for alcohol or drug dependency and addiction issues.  The Peer Recovery Coach will assist in completing referrals to treatment services and developing service plans to promote successful linkage to treatment services.  Services will be provided in the Emergency Department/or designated area with appropriate follow-up.

The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for the performance of basic assigned Laboratory tasks.

The Administrator, ARH Clinic position is accountable for directing all functions of ARH clinics in accordance with established policy, laws, and ethics to meet the health care needs of the community in the most effective and economical way.

The Staff Physical Therapist is accountable for conducting and supervising physical therapy programs to enable the patient to reach the maximum physical performance possible, prevent disability and to teach the patient, family, and significant others to function within the scope of any permanent physical disability.

Cleans walls, lights, fixtures, and furniture in all assigned areas of the hospital to maintain an aseptic environment and prevent healthcare-associated infection using standard cleaning procedures and chemicals. Cleans, waxes, extracts, and maintains floors, carpeting, and stairwells and assists with heavy cleaning throughout the hospital.
