The Maintenance Project Superintendent will report to the System Director of Ambulatory Property management and
work closely with operations, safety, and finance teams to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
Under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, performs a variety of cleaning duties for the hospital, clinic, and/or office, including walls, floors, equipment, bath areas, furniture, ceilings, elevators, staircases, windows and blinds, restrooms, vents, light fixtures using universal precautions and appropriate equipment. Responsible to maintain confidential patient information.
The Plant Operating Engineer is responsible for completing basically mechanical oriented projects involved in plant operations.
Under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, performs a variety of cleaning duties for the hospital, clinic, and/or office, including walls, floors, equipment, bath areas, furniture, ceilings, elevators, staircases, windows and blinds, restrooms, vents, light fixtures using universal precautions and appropriate equipment. Responsible to maintain confidential patient information.
The Carpenter is responsible for performing tasks that are basically carpentry oriented and are typical of those
tasks found in maintenance and/or construction.

typical of those tasks found in maintenance and/or construction.
The Plant Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for installation, inspection, repairs, and maintains machinery and assures electrical and mechanical equipment are in proper working order.

The Kitchen & Cafeteria Worker is responsible for performing duties relevant to operating the dishwashing machine, transporting dishes, food item preparation, patient meal service, cafeteria customer service, and cleaning of the preparation and service area.
