The System Director of Performance Improvement’s main responsibility is to lead Quality Operations and Performance Excellence Projects within ARH. The focus of this position is to improve performance and eliminate waste through the use of lean principles and Six Sigma methods. This position is also responsible for tracking and reporting all project progress, successes and failures.

To collect, store, analyze and report on data to support decision making in the organization that ultimately will result in better patient care. Effectively to support the IT Analytics team in the creation of Ad Hoc, and custom reports that provide valuable insight into operations, patient care and finance.
Provide technical support for server administration and configuration, Antivirus and Security, Imaging software and provisioning, patch and application deployment, AD administration, single sign on deployment, MDM software, Exchange management and application support.
The Quality Improvement Coordinator is accountable for coordinating and directing the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement program in the facility, in accordance with organizational directives, protocols, corporate policies and procedures and in accordance with legislative and accrediting agency's guidelines.
