The Administrator, ARH Clinic position is accountable for directing all functions of ARH clinics in accordance with established policy, laws, and ethics to meet the health care needs of the community in the most effective and economical way.
Provides engineering or architectural design, facilities planning, real estate services, and/or construction project management expertise to provide quality, sustainable, and energy-efficient facilities, systems, and research equipment. Responsibilities of these positions include programmatic administration, coordination and management of projects, budgetary oversight, facilities management, and leadership of programs and services. Functions may include specialized architectural, engineering, site, and construction services; energy engineering; project scheduling, estimating, and management; and specialized research-related engineering.
EHR Training Specialist’s responsibility is to maintain and deliver standardized training materials through various methods to assure optimization of the electronic health record. The EHR Training Specialist may participate in workflow development and testing of new and updated workflows. Works closely with the IT application teams to develop training content and have a thorough understanding of the workflows. Works closely with the Learning Management System administrator to provide oversight of the training rooms, schedule, and the equipment. Proactively monitors key workflows to improve documentation, quality of care and patient safety.

The Regional Human Resource Manager is accountable for effectively managing all phases of the human resources function to include hiring, firing, disciplinary action and union labor relations. This position provides staff assistance in the administration of personnel policies and procedures. employee development, salary and benefit and workers compensation in accordance with corporate policy and existing federal and state regulations.
A Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for managing the patient access functions of a healthcare facility, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient information management. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee a team of patient access representatives, communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, and ensure high-quality patient experiences.
The Project Manager will provide direct project management support to assigned projects within the organization. The Project Manager initiates, plans, develops, executes, and manages project timelines, conducts problem assessments, ensures efficient project implementation, and reports on project performance in conjunction with project sponsors.

The Administrative Assistant is accountable for performing administrative tasks relative to the operation of the hospital.
Educate hospital professional and non-professional staff regarding ARH’s services and programs. Facilitates communication between ARH and physicians in an inpatient setting. Manages the development, implementation, monitoring, and planning and supervision of strategies to increase referrals. Assists with referrals to any ARH service. Provides oversight/case management of hospitalized ARH patients. Reports to the AVP Marketing Manager.

The Human Resource Representative is accountable for administering the various aspects of human resources activities to include providing staff assistance in the administration of personnel policies and procedures, recruiting of employees’, employee orientation, salary and benefit and workers compensation in accordance with corporate policy and existing law.
The Medical Device Security Engineer manages IT implications with medical devices. Assesses risks and strategizes solutions. Deploys hardware and software based strategies. Manages medical device IT related projects and incidents. The Medical Device Security Engineer will identify and resolve potential areas of compliance, vulnerability, and risk through corrective action plans. This role will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology that supports the Medical Device Security Risk Management program. The role reviews and evaluates industry technology, standards, and best practices to create plans to ensure medical devices are safe and secure.The Medical Device Security Engineer will perform various audits and assessments to ensure ARH maintains effective security compliance. This role will assist in promoting compliance, creating security awareness, and
understanding new and existing compliance issues and other related policies and procedures. The
Medical Device Security Engineer facilitates effective communication between Clinical Engineering and other Information Services teams to insure the environment is secure.
The Lung Cancer Screening Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the
Cancer Screening Navigator and Clinical Operations, with a focus on Lung Cancer Screenings, and
clerical assistance. This individual will work to improve coordination of patient care, help patients
navigate the healthcare system, reduce barriers when possible and support achievement of
program deliverables through various resources. This position will require the ability to interact
with personnel as well as outside agencies and patients, the ability to act independently to carry out
duties and responsibilities of the job without specific supervision by people or procedure, and the
aptitude to establish work priorities to meet established deadlines.
The Payment Audit Specialist (PAS) reports to the system director of Finance and is responsible for reviewing Payer Contract variances as generated by the System’s Contract Modeling software, or otherwise identified for further investigation. The PAS is also responsible for following up with the affected payers (in conjunction with colleagues in Reimbursement, System Revenue Cycle and Payer Contracting) in order to achieve successful resolution of outstanding variances. The PAS will also provide as requested periodic updates regarding Variance Conversion percentage and dollars re-harvested from the System’s Contract Underpayment efforts.

Clinical E.H.R Analyst analyzes, develops, programs, tests, trains, implements and maintains System modules to provide effective and useful applications for the electronic health record. Participates in system-wide activities around design, build and implementation of clinical content and workflow with the Meditech system. Clinical Electronic Health Record Analyst Project Team Lead will supervise Clinical EHR Analyst Team members. Team lead will bear responsibility for meeting pre-determined goals toward the overall completion of Meditech implementation.
