The West Virginia Regional Clinic Administrator is responsible for the on-going development, management and implementation of existing and future components of the Ambulatory services programs and ensures quality outcomes on a day-to-day basis.

The Care Manager is accountable for outcomes as related to providing coordination of patient management through the continuum of care. Responsible for financial, clinical, and discharge planning evaluation for each assigned patient. Assures payment for services rendered, coordinates care, manages resources, and facilitates each patient encounter for efficient and effective outcomes as related to quality, clinical and cost areas.

The DME Customer Service Representative is responsible for performing various typing and clerical tasks, DME patient intake including answering phone calls in a professional manner and  processing patient requests, maintenance of patient files including scanning all documents required to properly bill DME,

- Performs basic assigned laboratory tasks. - Obtains specimens from the patient/donor to perform the testing required by the physician/client. - Prepares the samples for testing/transport, test samples, and reports results/dispatch to the designated personnel/client. - Maintains all certifications required by the laboratory and performs all duties while maintaining the Standards of the Laboratory, Corporation, Regulatory and Accrediting Agencies. - Proves competent in the laboratory by passing all competency examinations required by the laboratory. -

Under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, performs a variety of cleaning duties for the hospital, clinic, and/or office, including walls, floors, equipment, bath areas, furniture, ceilings, elevators, staircases, windows and blinds, restrooms, vents, light fixtures using universal precautions and appropriate equipment. Responsible to maintain confidential patient information.

The Patient Access department is staffed 24 hours a day with personnel directly responsible for pre-registration insurance verification, scheduling, and registration of all inpatients and outpatient into the organization. Arranges for the efficient and orderly admission of inpatients and registration of individuals who have hospital-based outpatient testing or procedures. Ensures that the patient information is collected and that patients are aware of their rights to make decisions regarding their healthcare, conditions of admission, patient rights and financial responsibilities, hospital policies and procedures. Provides Emergency Room technical support to optimize patient care including direct patient observation, room prep for patient flow, department stocking, transporting patients to other departments, placing patient on cardiac and vital sign monitors, obtaining lab specimens and documenting all care / procedures provided.

Cleans walls, lights, fixtures, and furniture in all assigned areas of the hospital to maintain an aseptic environment and prevent healthcare-associated infection using standard cleaning procedures and chemicals. Cleans, waxes, extracts, and maintains floors, carpeting, and stairwells and assists with heavy cleaning throughout the hospital.

To perform the process of provider and group enrollment for the ARH system to include but not be limited to individual providers, clinics and hospitals.

The Clinic Clerk is responsible for efficient and courteous registration, transfer and discharge of patients within established policies and procedures; thoroughly compiles and types medical information for patients' records and statistical reports and maintains current and accurate patient account receivables.
