The Administrator, ARH Clinic position is accountable for directing all functions of ARH clinics in accordance with established policy, laws, and ethics to meet the health care needs of the community in the most effective and economical way.

- ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
The Staff Nurse is accountable for interpreting the plan of Medical care, assessment of patients clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
- REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

The Occupational Therapist is accountable for the developing, implementing, and maintaining a program to facilitate rehabilitation of mentally, physically, or emotionally handicapped individuals.
The Clinic Nurse I is accountable for interpreting the plan of Medical care, assessment of patients, devising the patient care plan, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients under the direction of the nurse in charge.
The Director of Retail Pharmacy Operations will utilize clinical, managerial and teaching skills to develop, promote, and monitor operational, financial and clinical program initiatives for outpatient/retail pharmacies throughout ARH. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating retail and clinical programs in outpatient/retail pharmacies. This person will also analyze outpatient/retail pharmacy performance on adherence and other clinical measures defined by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs). Additionally, he or she will develop and implement patient- and provider-specific initiatives to optimize outpatient/retail pharmacy performance on these measures. The Director of Retail Pharmacy Operations will ensure compliance with regulatory and accrediting body guidelines for appropriate provision of outpatient pharmaceutical care.
The Admissions Clerk is responsible for efficient and courteous registration, transfer, and discharge of patients.
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all Foundation marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal with an overall goal of increasing the number of donors to the foundation and deepening relationships with existing donors.
The Kitchen & Cafeteria Worker is responsible for performing duties relevant to operating the dishwashing machine, transporting dishes, food item preparation, patient meal service, cafeteria customer service, and cleaning of the preparation and service area.
The Infection Control Coordinator is accountable for coordinating the development of regulations pertaining to the control of infection, identifying the risk and causes of infection, and maintaining a relationship with the medical staff, hospital departments, and administration to provide an environment as free as possible from sources of infection for patients, employees, and visitors.
