The ARH Assistant System Director of Behavioral Health – Behavioral Health Nursing, is responsible for advising and leading the Behavioral Health Service Line’s inpatient Behavioral Health nursing programming and operations.
The Network Coordinator is accountable for the proper installation and maintenance of the ARH computer network equipment and peripherals.
The Staff Nurse is accountable for interpreting the plan of Medical care, assessment of patients clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
Process and distribute disposable and reusable medical/surgical supplies in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.
The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for the performance of basic assigned Laboratory tasks.
The LPN is responsible for performing a wide variety of nursing care, patient activities, and accommodative services for the comfort and well-being of patients in accordance with physicians' orders and under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse.
The System Coordinator – Peer Recovery Services will be tasked with the effective oversite and management fo the organization’s Peer Recovery services. This leader will build a professional relationship with Peer Recovery Coaches (PRC’s) throughout the system, empowering them to be successful in their role.
Major responsibilities will include:
- Supports the integration of Peer Recovery Coaches into existing clinical teams, throughout the system, ensuring optimized operations between PRC’s and other clinical staff.
- Acts as the Behavioral Health Service Line’s primary contact to both local hospital leadership and external partners to encourage alignment of the various parties’ roles and responsibilities.
- Monitors performance of Peer Recovery Coaches including delivery of brief interventions, referrals to treatment and consistent follow-ups.
- Facilitates initial Peer-Recovery Coach training, along with ongoing mentoring and coaching of staff related to performance.
- Arranges and helps facilitate training with local clinical staff, as to their roles and responsibilities in the Peer-Recovery Model.
- Meets regularly with Local Hospital, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health leaders to assess program success, challenges and provide consultation on patient issues, as needed.
- Conducts periodic chart reviews and audits.
- Oversees collection of data and assures provision of reports/updates according to established timelines.
- Maintains relationships with external community treatment providers and resource sites to ensure adequate treatment capacity in support of program goals.
- Provides guidance and direction around topics such as boundaries, self-care, time management, professionalism, and ethics.
- Be regularly available and able to provide support at scheduled and non-scheduled times as needed.
- Complete all other tasks as assigned.

The Head Nurse Manager is accountable for the supervision of nursing services within an assigned unit in order to provide safe, effective and efficient nursing care.
The Nurse Aide is responsible for performing basic nursing procedures in assisting in the care of patients.
The Staff Medical Technologist performs clinical tests in one or more areas of specialization depending on the size and scope of laboratory activity.

In addition, the Nurse Extern can gain additional clinical practice to enhance their preparation as future licensed nurses.
The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for the administration of services offered by the Respiratory Therapy Department.

The Certified Pharmacy Technician is responsible for performing technical supportive assistance within the pharmacy and assists in the outpatient and inpatient drug distribution system, the preparation of sterile products, drug therapy related research, including the supply function involved with controlled substances, including scheduled II drugs and tax free alcohol

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned. Responsible for properly assessing patients’ pharmaceutical needs and providing pharmaceutical care. Responsible for the accurate and proper compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications and solutions. Responsible for the proper inventory and record keeping of medications. Responsible for properly counseling patients/patients’ families, and appropriate health care professionals regarding drug therapy.
