The Director of Inpatient Behavioral Health Services is responsible for directing the various components of the hospital’s Inpatient Behavioral Health services in an efficient manner which will meet the ARH goals and in accordance with corporate guidelines.
The Clinical Nurse Manager, working with Nurse Managers, is accountable for the supervision of nursing services for certain assigned nursing units to provide safe, effective and efficient nursing care. This position is an important part of the Management Team and the responsibilities for the position include: assigning, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for the assigned unit(s). This position is evaluated on the basis of objective measurable criteria, including maximizing the personal abilities and competence of staff nurses, licensed practical nurses and other personnel assigned to the unit(s) for which the Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible.

The Medical Assistant is responsible for efficient and courteous registration, transfer and discharge of patients within established policies and procedures; thoroughly compiles and types medical information for patients' records and statistical reports and maintains current and accurate patient account receivables.
The Medical Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services for the comfort and well-being of patients in accordance with physicians' orders.

The Rotating Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned.
The Nurse Extern Tier II is accountable for providing nursing assistance and performing basic nursing procedures to groups of patients within an assigned nursing department, under the supervision, guidance,
and direction of a Registered Nurse who may delegate subversion to other Team Member such as; Licensed Practical Nurse and/or State Registered Nursing Assistant. In addition, the Nurse Extern can gain additional clinical practice to enhance their preparation as future licensed nurses
The Patient Access department is staffed 24 hours a day with personnel directly responsible for pre-registration insurance verification, scheduling, and registration of all inpatients and outpatient into the organization. Arranges for the efficient and orderly admission of inpatients and registration of individuals who have hospital-based outpatient testing or procedures. Ensures that the patient information is collected and that patients are aware of their rights to make decisions regarding their healthcare, conditions of admission, patient rights and financial responsibilities, hospital policies and procedures. Answers and directs calls to appropriate areas, follows hospital protocol regarding emergency codes and overhead announcements. Interviews incoming patient or patient representatives and enters information required for registration into computer database. Distributes appropriate information to ancillary departments. Participates in department meetings, hospital and department in services, performance improvement and CQI activities. Adheres to infection control policies and guidelines appropriate for their work area. Hand hygiene and PPE (job applicable) followed when appropriate.

The Registered Nurse Exchange Tier 2 is able to provided nursing care relief across the ARH system in either of the following: Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Room, Home Health, Labor and Delivery, Level II NBN. RN Exchange Tier 2 requires substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and nursing skills based upon the principles of psychological, biological, physical, and social sciences in the application of the nursing process in the respective departments in which assigned. The RN Exchange Tier 2 must collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members and students. In addition to the above the RN Exchange Tier 2 can also perform the duties outlined for RN Exchange Tier 3.
The Radiologic Technologist performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishments of their imaging needs by obtaining visual information for use in interpretation and diagnosis by physicians.
The Head Nurse Manager is accountable for the supervision of nursing services within the OR in order to provide safe, effective and efficient nursing care.
The Social Worker is accountable for providing assistance to patients and their families with personal and environmental problems in order to maintain maximum benefits from medical and welfare services.
