The Medical Assistant is responsible for efficient and courteous registration, transfer and discharge of patients within established policies and procedures; thoroughly compiles and types medical information for patients' records and statistical reports and maintains current and accurate patient account receivables.   The Medical Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services for the comfort and well-being of patients in accordance with physicians' orders.

The Clinic Head Nurse is accountable for the effective supervision and clinical leadership of a nursing unit in accordance with the Clinic philosophy, policies, procedures, plans and organization.

Educate hospital professional and non-professional staff regarding ARH’s  services and programs.  Facilitates communication between ARH and physicians in an inpatient setting.  Manages the development, implementation, monitoring, and planning and supervision of strategies to increase referrals.  Assists with referrals to any ARH service.  Provides oversight/case management of hospitalized ARH patients.  Reports to System Service Line Marketing Manager.

The Pharmacy Resident is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care and services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned.  While the Pharmacy Resident is a registered pharmacist, they work under the guidance and tutelage of the Residency Coordinator and Director of Pharmacy in all job activities.

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned.  Responsible for properly assessing patients’ pharmaceutical needs and providing pharmaceutical care.  Responsible for the accurate and proper compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications and solutions.  Responsible for the proper inventory and record keeping of medications.  Responsible for properly counseling patients/patients’ families, and appropriate health care professionals regarding drug therapy.
