The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned.  Responsible for properly assessing patients’ pharmaceutical needs and providing pharmaceutical care.  Responsible for the accurate and proper compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications and solutions.  Responsible for the proper inventory and record keeping of medications.  Responsible for properly counseling patients/patients’ families, and appropriate health care professionals regarding drug therapy.

The Care Manager is accountable for outcomes as related to providing coordination of patient management through the continuum of care. Responsible for financial, clinical, and discharge planning evaluation for each assigned patient. The ER Assistant through communication, requisitioning, and management of supplies and equipment, compliments the activities of the nursing staff, patients, physicians, other hospital departments, and visitors. The Clinical Coder is responsible and accountable for reviewing medical record documentation and assigning codes for reimbursement and statistical purposes.
