- ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:               The Staff Nurse is accountable for interpreting the plan of Medical care, assessment of patients clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

The Registered Nurse requires substantial specialized knowledge, judgement and nursing skills based upon the principles of psychological, biological, physical, and social sciences in the application of the nursing process in the respective departments in which assigned. The RN must collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; supervising assigned team members and students.

Performs diagnostic imaging studies in accordance with physician orders and departmental guidelines. Prepares and transports patients as necessary. Prepares imaging equipment, room, and images, as need for interpretation. Verifies and completes studies in RIS and PACS. Maintains Quality Control on Equipment as Instructed. .

Provide specialized massage services to the clientele of the Rejuvenation Center utilizing specific modalities of techniques and treatment.

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care/services to patients and health care professionals at any ARH or affiliated unit as assigned.  Responsible for properly assessing patients’ pharmaceutical needs and providing pharmaceutical care.  Responsible for the accurate and proper compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications and solutions.  Responsible for the proper inventory and record keeping of medications.  Responsible for properly counseling patients/patients’ families, and appropriate health care professionals regarding drug therapy.

Under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, performs a variety of cleaning duties for the hospital, clinic, and/or office, including walls, floors, equipment, bath areas, furniture, ceilings, elevators, staircases, windows and blinds, restrooms, vents, light fixtures using universal precautions and appropriate equipment. Responsible to maintain confidential patient information.

Responsible for insurance verification, pre-certification, pre-authorizations and pre-determination for CT & Vascular procedures in the ARH System. The position requires a thorough understanding of office-management software and a good working knowledge of medical/surgical clinical procedures, claims procedures and insurance company regulations. Requires accuracy, attention to detail and ability to communicate well with physicians, staff, patients and provider representatives of insurance companies.
