Reporting to the Director of Performance Improvement, the Performance Improvement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating functions related to data collection and reporting for compliance with internal and external reporting requirements, assists with organization-wide performance improvement activities, and participates in compliance activities to meet regulatory standards. Major responsibilities include coordination of the chart abstraction process for inpatient, outpatient, and specialty accreditation programs.
Performs ultrasound imaging studies in accordance with physician orders and departmental guidelines. Prepares and transports patients as necessary.
Prepares imaging equipment, room, and images, as need for interpretation
Verifies and completes studies in RIS and PACS
Maintains Quality Control on Equipment as Instructed.

The Kitchen & Cafeteria Worker is responsible for performing duties relevant to operating the dishwashing machine, transporting dishes, food item preparation, patient meal service, cafeteria customer service, and cleaning of the preparation and service area.
The Kentucky Nurse Extern is accountable for providing nursing assistance and performing basic nursing procedures to groups of patients within an assigned nursing department, under the supervision, guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse. In addition, the Nurse Extern can gain additional clinical practice to enhance their preparation as future licensed nurses.
EHR Training Specialist’s responsibility is to maintain and deliver standardized training materials through various methods to assure optimization of the electronic health record. The EHR Training Specialist may participate in workflow development and testing of new and updated workflows. Works closely with the IT application teams to develop training content and have a thorough understanding of the workflows. Works closely with the Learning Management System administrator to provide oversight of the training rooms, schedule, and the equipment. Proactively monitors key workflows to improve documentation, quality of care and patient safety.
The Clinic Supervisor is accountable for the supervision and implementation of methods and procedures involved in operating a doctors office or group of doctors offices
The Pharmacy Student/Intern is responsible for performing supportive assistance within the pharmacy with the excitation of gaining experience and knowledge for the development on one’s skills as a pharmacist.
The Pharmacy Student/Intern reports to the Director of Pharmacy, or designee.
Educate hospital professional and non-professional staff regarding ARH Advanced Care’s services and programs. Facilitates communication between ARH Advanced Care and physicians in an inpatient setting to facilitate
referrals to the long term acute care setting. Manages the development, implementation, monitoring, and planning and supervision of strategies to increase referrals. Assists with referrals to ARH Advanced Care facilities. Provides oversight/case management of hospitalized ARH Advanced Care patients
The EVS/Maintenance Coordinator coordinates the daily activities of the hospital Environmental Services (EVS) and Facilities/Maintenance departments. Prioritizes, coordinates, and assigns work through verbal instructions/directions, hospital work requests, and, as requested, coordinates activity to ensure proper cleaning, installation, repairs, and maintenance of the facility and organization’s properties. Monitors daily, routine, and preventative maintenance activities to ensure utilities, environmental systems and other building systems operate properly and efficiently. Maintains documentation, records, office documents, prints, certificates, licenses, communications, and other information critical to the organization’s operations. Assists in assigning work schedules and duty lists to department personnel.
Responsible for accurate record keeping and maintenance of payroll, purchasing, scheduling, and other office functions. Occasional off-site travel may be required. Mileage is to be recorded and submitted for approval within the pay-period.
