The Aesthetics Clinical Manager is accountable for the supervision of services provided at the Beckley ARH Rejuvenation Center as well as the day to day operations of the center, with the goal being to provide safe, effective and efficient services and products to clients and patients. This position is an important part of the Management Team and the responsibilities for the position include: assigning, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating clinical care for clients and patients, daily operations, including fiscal responsibility of the Rejuvination Center, accountability for providing services to clients and supervision of the other team members. This position is evaluated on the basis of objective measurable criteria, including maximizing the personal abilities and competence of other personnel assigned to the Rejuvenation Center as well as on-going competence of self. Management and supervision duties will be 20% with 80% provision of services to clients/patients. Marketing and promotion of the Rejuvenation Center, as well as working with other departments and/or entities that the center is associated with is expected.
