The Clinical Nurse Manager, working with Nurse Managers, is accountable for the supervision of nursing services for certain assigned nursing units to provide safe, effective and efficient nursing care. This position is an important part of the Management Team and the responsibilities for the position include: assigning, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical care for the assigned unit(s). This position is evaluated on the basis of objective measurable criteria, including maximizing the personal abilities and competence of staff nurses, licensed practical nurses and other personnel assigned to the unit(s) for which the Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible.
The Respiratory Therapy Technician performs procedures and operates various equipment to provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care to patients.
- ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
The Education Coordinator is accountable for planning, developing, coordinating, and evaluating education/training programs to provide all employees with educational opportunities which are consistent with all applicable guidelines.
- REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
The Education Coordinator reports to the Administrator or designee and may supervise clerical personnel.
The Education Coordinator has frequent contact with staff of the unit at all levels; Corporate Director of Education; staff of affiliated clinical education programs offered in the hospital; members of the local community; community agencies; physicians; and professional organizations.
Under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, performs a variety of cleaning duties for the hospital, clinic, and/or office, including walls, floors, equipment, bath areas, furniture, ceilings, elevators, staircases, windows and blinds, restrooms, vents, light fixtures using universal precautions and appropriate equipment. Responsible to maintain confidential patient information.
Provides bedside respiratory care to patients as assigned by supervisors and given on the physician's written order for both in house and out patient care.
The Operating Room Technician is responsible for performing a variety of duties in the Operating Room to assist the surgical team and to assist the nursing team on the hospital floors.

The LPN is responsible for performing a wide variety of nursing care, patient activities, and accommodative services for the comfort and well-being of patients in accordance with physicians' orders and under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse.
Manages individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with physician office and hospital policies and procedures.
